Quitting Smoking
This post is for people who want to quit smoking, or know somebody that wants to quit. Everybody else, you can read it too, but its not for you. So there.
Lets see. I guess its about 6 years now that I haven’t smoked? Seems long, but not really. Maybe 7, actually. I remember day #1 quite well. We had a gig that night (www.dieselamerica.net). The band still exists, so I would guess it...
